T-course Start of the bbw Studienkolleg

On 9th October 2020, the bbw Hochschule welcomed the new students of the bbw Studienkolleg in compliance with the hygiene regulations in the premises of the university. 16 students from 9 countries will start the T-course on Monday. This means that the focus of the course will be on the technical sciences, with intensive instruction in German, mechanics, electrical engineering and mathematics, as well as general chemistry. In the process, the Studienkolleg students expand their language skills in German, learn to use the technical language of the chosen field of study, acquire basic knowledge and methods specific to the subject, and develop individual learning strategies. Since their university entrance qualification is not recognized in Germany, they must take an assessment test (FSP) to be able to study in Germany. The Studienkolleg lasts two semesters and will prepare students for the assessment test.
